Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- During high-volume periods, product launches, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
SlipfreeUSA is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier to resolve any delivery issues.

Incorrect Shipping Address
If an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout:

- We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
