Eligibility for Returns

Slipfree Swim shoes can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, swim shoes must be:

Unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused.

Returned in their original packaging, including the shoe hanger, and with all tags and accessories attached.

Swim shoes that have been worn in water or showing signs of use are not eligible for return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized merchandize are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order via email to slipfreeusastore@gmail.com. Provide your order number and reason for the return, including images of the product.

Once the return is approved by the SlipfreeUSA team member, include the original packing slip or proof of purchase in your return package.

Securely pack the swim shoes in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges are available for different sizes or colors, subject to stock availability. Please specify your preference when initiating the return. Shipping charges will be applicable for exchanges.

Store credit may be offered as an alternative to refunds, on a case-by-case basis by the SlipfreeUSA customer service team.
Defective or Incorrect Items

At SlipfreeUSA we strive to send the best in quality products to our customers. However in case of you receiving a defective or incorrect pair of swim shoes, contact customer service immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Returns received at our facility after 14 days will not be accepted.

Swim shoes returned without original packaging or tags, or not in original condition, may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of $9.99.

All legal matters related to the sale of goods through this website are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
